The Sunday Morning Show – A virtual radio show with guests Jo Robinson, Tom Ford and music, news and health
I haven’t been able to spend much time at the computer because of the weather the last couple of weeks. There have been so many lightning storms all the time, that I’m starting to wonder what’s going on. Bridges washed away, roads closed, and a couple of fatalities as well – very sad, as well as soggy. I won’t get started on the soggy! Pardon for late answers to comments – you know it’s not because I don’t love you! In the meantime, my wonderful friend and fellow blogger, Sally Cronin, who runs the Forget the Viagra – Pass Me a Carrot site, has had me as a guest on her first weekly blog/radio show. Sally has worked in real radio, so for me this was epic, and loads of fun. Sally is also a life coach, and is really clued up on health. She interviewed me mainly about my experience with celiac disease, but kindly also asked about the scribbling. She is wonderful to follow. I don’t say this only as her friend – she is most amazingly supportive of fellow bloggers, and her reblog Saturdays are awesome. THANK YOU SALLY! XX
Welcome to the first Sunday Morning show here on ftvpmacfm! I love presenting radio and had some wonderful experiences from co-presenting Drive Time with one of my best friends, Adrian Knight and The Main Ingredient with Australian Kelli Brett but I have to profess a fondness for my Sunday Morning show on Expressfm in Portsmouth. Three hours of music, guests and varied topics that flew by each week.
There is no way I could re-create three hours here on the blog but I hope that I can give you a flavour of why I enjoyed myself so much. I love music and to be able to combine with interesting people from all walks of life was amazing.
