Have you a will or does it need updating?

I saw this article today on the online Daily Mail and it was the second time this week that I have seen mention of wills or lack of.

I will let you read the article for yourself, but it is so important particularly when you have children, that a will is made or updated sooner rather than later.

Nobody likes to think about death particularly in relation to our own mortality but it is inevitable.. for some tragically that might be sooner rather than later.  We made our first will when we bought our first house in 1982 in our 20s… and have had one ever since.

It is particularly important if you have children since it could happen that both of you might die as a result of an accident or illness and leave small children without a guardian.  It is so vital to make sure that the…
