REDUCE YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE AND CHOLESTEROL IN SIX WEEKS

Following on from the post this morning on testosterone and cholesterol, here is a six week programme that can reduce both your blood pressure and unhealthy LDL cholesterol levels. It can be followed with some tweaking, by both men and women.

If you are currently on medication for both Blood Pressure or cholesterol do not stop taking but if you follow this programme, I suggest at the end of the six weeks, particularly if you have lost weight that you visit your GP and ask if you might work together to reduce the dosage. You may with further work be able to come off medication completely.

R  Reduce your salt intake. You should not have more than a level teaspoon per day or 6 grams. If you eat a lot of processed foods you will be consuming far in excess of…
